I had seen this mentioned previously related to the URLs within Powerpoint. Are you utilizing Engage as a standalone for publishing or adding it to a Presenter project?
You could utilize a URL shortener, such as bit.ly, if needed.
Our team is continuing to keep an eye on this Powerpoint bug and I'll be sure to update here when we have any news to share.
The only workaround I've seen is the URL shortener one Leslie shared, but perhaps others in the community know of another Powerpoint workaround they can share here too.

I am using Powerpoint with Engage Add-in. Indeed, this may be problem with Powerpoint itself, but I didn't find any solution to it.
Also - due to safety reasons I can not use outside URL shorteners, so I hope to find a solution for it.
