I am having an issue with my labeled graphic interaction. I created a
hyperlink from one of my labels. It is linked to a file which is saved on
our file server. But once I publish, when the user clicks on the hyperlink nothing happens, the document does not open. Can anybody help?

I found out Engage has a maximum character limit of 128 characters for hyperlinks. I talked to someone in support who showed me this article which has some workarounds: Hyperlink is limited to 128 characters – Articulate Engage ‘09 Knowledge Base
Ah, thanks! Didn't know that! Our IT group created a redirect URL and that did the trick.
