I've purchased only Engage (not the entire StoryLine bundle). Am i able to insert an Engage file into PowerPoint....i don't see the option in the PowerPonit "Add In" Ribbon
Hi Tonya! Do you mean that you did not publish the Studio bundle? Storyline is an entirely different product. Without Presenter (which presents the ribbon in Powerpoint), you would not be able to insert your Engage interaction into Powerpoint. You will need to publish as a stand-alone.
I have been instructed to create a training using Articulate (starting from a Powerpoint), but I was only given Engage (no Presenter). How do I create without Presenter connecting Powerpoint and Engage together?
As mentioned above, that is not something that you would be able to do. Here is a tutorial explaining all your publishing options with Articulate Engage.
I don't understand what Engage is useful for. We present instructor-led training using Powerpoint on the daily. But I am the only one that has the 360 licenses and access to the programs. I am the one that will develop the PowerPoints, but I am not able to see how the instructor without a license will be able to use/present an Engage interaction....Can you help explain this?
Engage 360 is a form-based tool that lets you quickly pop in media and text to add interactions and quizzes to your PowerPoint course. It's got a lot of pre-built interaction to help add some Wow to your courses and keep learners engaged.
This article has a great breakdown with when to use what tools, so hopefully, that'll help! Also, once you publish a course, interaction, etc. that's what you'll provide to others to use it, so they won't need a license!

No sad face! It's still a great product. What version do you have? '09 or '13?
I will have to pick up where Tonya left off...
