I don't understand what Engage is useful for. We present instructor-led training using Powerpoint on the daily. But I am the only one that has the 360 licenses and access to the programs. I am the one that will develop the PowerPoints, but I am not able to see how the instructor without a license will be able to use/present an Engage interaction....Can you help explain this?

Hi Jessie,

Engage 360 is a form-based tool that lets you quickly pop in media and text to add interactions and quizzes to your PowerPoint course. It's got a lot of pre-built interaction to help add some Wow to your courses and keep learners engaged.

This article has a great breakdown with when to use what tools, so hopefully, that'll help!
Also, once you publish a course, interaction, etc. that's what you'll provide to others to use it, so they won't need a license!
