Hi !
I have an issue with start tips in my engage files : I have several engage files in my Presenter project, and for some of them, I have activeated the Start tips, and for others, I haven't activated it because I don't need it.
The problem is that when I publish my Presenter project, start tips are displayed on all my engage screens, even the ones who are supposed t be deactivated...
The result is that I have start tips saying "click next to continue" but no button to click (see picture below).
Does someone already have this issue ? Do you know how to fix it ?
Thanks and sorry for my bad english...

Hi Nadege,
So in each Engage interaction, you've unselected the "Show start tip" as in the image below? If you also delete the text that would be there, does the tool tip disappear for you?
Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your answer.
I have unselected the box, and the textfield is now empty, but I still have an empty tooltip that appears (see below) :
Hi Nadege,
Thanks for checking that and sharing another image. Are you able to create a Presenter package and share with us on the second page of this link?
Hi Ashley,
Thanks for answering.
I don't think I can send you a package because it's really big.
Some more information: the bug does not appear at once. I have to go through the course first, and probably the bug comes from the fact that some engage files have a tooltip, and some don't.
So when I begin the course with the ones that don't have a tooltip, it's ok.
But when I go through the one that have a tooltip, then the tooltip appears everywhere. It seems that the elearning keeps it in memory and shows it even where it's not needed.
And it really looks like a bug, because after that, the tooltip is blinking (it's a little bit stressful for the learner).
Many thanks for your help.
