I am new at Studio 360, but I have created an interaction with the labeled graphic template, and I added all the labels and texts, but when I got to preview the interaction, it opens up and just freezes on me. A spinning wheel is all that appears, like it's 'thinking' about loading, but nothing ever appears. I am not sure the reason for this, or if there is something basic that I am missing with how to execute these types of interactions. Any help would be appreciated!! :)
Great move on opening a support case as well! I took a peek into your case, and I can see that one of our Engineers, Rowie, suggested to insert the interaction on a new project and recommended these tips to reduce your risk of corrupting/losing project files.
