Hello, I have started to create an E-learning, using ppt and Engage interactions in Articulate. I work on my local drive and I publish locally. Then I choose FTP, to a webserver.
I added a lot of hyperlinks in my interactions and on my ppt slides.
When I try the E-learning on my computer, all the links work. When I sent the E-learning to other people by E-mail, the links do not work. Nothing actually happens. Any ideas? Thank you.
Sounds like your colleagues are running into local security issues - that'll happen if they try to view a course locally, rather than uploading it first. They'll need to either get it online, or you can republish the course to CD, and have them open the Launch_Presentation.exe file.

Hello Peter, Thanks for your reply... Indeed, I made the mistake of sending them te ZIP file by e-mail for testing instead of passing them the direct link to the webserver. Now it works!

Sounds like your colleagues are running into local security issues - that'll happen if they try to view a course locally, rather than uploading it first. They'll need to either get it online, or you can republish the course to CD, and have them open the Launch_Presentation.exe file.
