Looking for contractor to fix a custom Engage interaction

Hello.
I'm looking for a contractor to help us resolve an issue with our custom engage interactivity.
We need a flash programmer for this. Preferably, someone who has worked with the Articulate SDK.
The issue involves the interactivity not working correctly under conditions of high latency.
