In the process of customizing the color scheme in the engage screens, I have done something that has caused me to not be able to insert or edit other engage interactions. When I click on Engage Interaction to insert a new interaction, I get the quiz menu and the engage menu (where you choose tabs, pyramid, or whatever) is not available. Has this happened to anyone else? I cannot even create a new presentation. I has affected everything. Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated!
Sorry about the trouble. I'd start by simply rebooting the computer if you haven't already done so. Then I'd recommend taking a look at this article, making sure that you're following the general best practices, and repairing your Studio install, if necessary.
