Lost engage items

I have created several Engage activities and published them to my PowerPt presentation. I packaged my presentation after completion. Now when I open the the packaged presentation and click on the engage activity to do some editing, it is not the complete engage activity.

I originally created two engage activities with the same background information, then decided to combine these in to one engage activity. When I open it now, I am only getting have of the activity -- even though doing a preview of the activity gives me two activities.

 Please advise.
