Maintenance on an course - videos no longer playing

I'm trying to repair a couple of trouble spots in a course I didn't build, so tracking down files, etc. is part of the fun.

In one section, Camtasia screen captures in Engage are playing fine, but in another they are not.  In two cases, they don't fully load. Nothing happens.  In another, just the audio plays.  The issue has been repeated in multiple browser settings, but the actual Camtasia files seem fine.

1) What is likely the problem?

2) What is my best course of action?

Hi Jen & welcome to Heroes,

Do you have access to the original source files so that you can republish the files?  If so, I'd recommend starting there.  Then, you'll want to see if there are any FLV or MP4 files within the Camtasia content.  If there is, you might want to take a look at the mime types at the server side:
