3. Set the Marker Animation drop-down field to None.
BONUS: You can also turn off those annoying sound effects in the Colors and Effects tabof Interaction Properties.
FYI: This is for Engage '09. (I haven't bothered upgrading, because I mostly use Storyline now.) It should be the same or similar if you have a more recent version.

2. Go to the Labeled Graphic tab.
3. Set the Marker Animation drop-down field to None.
