Microsoft says it is an Articulate Problem. I do not know who to believe or how to resolve it!

Experienced PC user and Articulate customer.  PC is up-to-date, clean, virus free and used for work on my private network.

Have been an Office 365 user for two seasons and Articulate user forever.  Just two days ago PP started to act up.  I have attached an Articulate Replay of the issue I cannot seem to resolve.

Two very specific error message upon PP startup.

I have done complete uninstalls of both PP and AP.  Clean reboots and re-installed both a couple of times.  Still I get these errors.

Driving me crazy because these products are needed every day I work.   Any idea's or guidance would be truly appreciated.
