I'm finding that MP4 video inserted into the sidebar does not automatically play back first time when on a slide with Engage. It seems like the video is playing in the background somehow, in as much as if I refresh the slide it starts playing from the middle of the clip (as if its already been playing for a while but only just started displaying). Anyone else having this problem / know how to fix it?
Here is a link to a demo of the problem on Articulate Online: https://tritrain.articulate-online.com/1948046525. I attach the corresponding intr file for the Engage 360 slide. The MP4 video displays fine in the sidebar, provided this Engage 360 slide is not being displayed at the same time. See the link above to see a slide where the MP4 plays, and then another where it fails to play due to this Engage 360 slide being displayed at the same time. In earlier versions of Articulate Studio you were able to play back a video clip at the same time as displaying an Engage interaction, but it seems not to be working any more.
Not sure if you saw my reply as I replied to my original post, rather than to yours!

Thanks for sharing a link to your published output Roger. I understand what you are seeing now.
It also makes more sense now that I know you are within a Presenter file as well.
If you could share your Articulate Package, that would be helpful as well. I'd like to take a closer look. Your short example seems perfect for testing.

Hey Roger and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
I'm not familiar with an issue you are describing. Would you be able to share a sample .intr file for us to take a look?

Yes, I'm subscribed to the thread Roger, so no worries :) Looks like we were replying pretty close to the same time :)

Here is the package ....
Thanks so much Roger.
I believe I was overthinking this one a bit.
Since your sidebar video is synced with the slide, I do believe the behavior you are experiencing is expected.
The Engage Interaction requires the user to interact and is not a regular slide with the built in navigation, seekbar, etc.
