Multiple Interactions in one session

I am creating multiple interactions in (Engage 13) for a e-learning course.

Right now, I am doing

[1] Open Engage, Create a Interaction 1, Save it, Publish it to Presenter

[2] Open Engage, Create interaction 2, Save it, Publish it to Presenter

[3] Open Engage, Create interaction 3, Save it, Publish it to Presenter

and so on..

Is there any way to create multiple interactions in one Engage session and publish all those in one go to Presenter.

[1] Open Engage, create interaction 1, creation interaction 2, create interaction 3, save all, publish all to Presenter
