In Interaction Properties, my playback mode is Interactive with show previous/next buttons.
One of my beta testers experienced the problem and I have not been able to re-create it. The whole story is that she went through the entire interaction without incident, but went back to review and now cannot get out!
Do you have your player template set to locked or restricted navigation, if no I think it may just be a glitch and get them to reload and see if it can be replicated

Under interaction properties\playback check you have not set the navigation to linear or presentation, it should be interactive

I am having the same issue as Jane. Is there a solution as I have never experienced this issue with Engage in the past.
