Could you tell us more about which interaction you're using and how you'd like to see the numbers aligned?

It's the labeled graphic.

I just want the numbers centered in the circles. It's okay on my work file, but not when published (it's instead on the top-left corner).

Thanks for confirming. I see the same behavior when using number markers in the labeled graphic. I'll share this with our Quality Assurance team, but I can't offer a time frame in regards to when or if it'll be fixed in an update. I'll provide any additional updates here when available.
