I need help from some of you Engage gurus. i have created an Engage interaction - the Media Tour - and embedded SWF files in it. It functions correctly, except the Play/Pause button and scroll bar do not function. Can anyone help me to correct this issue? Thanks in advance!
I do not know. I had a contractor create these files for an e-learning course. This was before our company invested in the Articulate suite. Because we now have a hodgepodge of courses, I have been tasked with unifying them in look, function and feel. Therefore, I am loading the SWFs into Engage and publishing them. All of our courses will now be Articulate courses. So, yeah.... don't know....

If you take out the embedded SWF files, do the Engage interactions work as expected?
