Player button missing in Engage'09

Hi folks

Am new to Engage, so please with me if this might sound stupid or silly.

I can't change the Browser Settings and Player Size in my Articulate Engage as it is missing as shown in the screenshot below:

Does someone know what's missing or how do I change the Browser Settings and Player Size in Articulate Engage?

Are you able to conduct a repair of your Studio 09 software? If it's still missing after repairing your Studio software, please connect with our Support team.

Thanks for the prompt response. I tried repairing and even reinstalling the software, but it wouldn't help. :(
