Please Help! Engage 360 slides are showing errors after publishing.

Jan 19, 2021

My team and I have files from a previous instructional designer that are built using Storyline and Engage360.  We are very new to using Storyline and mainly build in Rise.  We've been using the trick of moving our older Storyline files into Review360 and placing them into a Rise presentation using the Storyline block but since flash is no longer supported we are starting to see that the sections built using Engage360 are now having an error where it displays a white circle in the middle of a gray background. We've found that you can just click anywhere on that slide and you will be taken to the next slide but if you click next nothing happens. We know that we can of course tell our students that they can just click on the slide but we would like to fix this issue so it just flows smoothly and creates a better experience for the users.

Is there anyway that we would be able to convert these Engage360 or adjust them so that they perform correctly. Please see some examples or our issue attached.
