Posting Engage and QM output to Amazon S3

Hello, I've been reading the forums here, following the steps to post some Engage and QM content on Amazon S3 so it can display.

(Note, I am trying to have each published object display uniquely rather than as part of a larger course.)

I've done all the steps and loaded the files with Cloudberry.

However, when I click an HTML file I get a blank browser screen.

When I click the SWF, I get the preloading spinning wheel but no content loads.

What is the secret step I am missing?
