Can anyone help me? Whenever I create a presentation using Articulate Studio 13, the slides auto-advance (both within PP and within Articulate) in spite of the fact that both the PP option and the Articulate option to auto-advance slides are turned off? This pretty much makes Articulate useless for my purposes.

May I ask if you have had a chance to take a look at this info on Managing Slide Properties and also this article on The Basics of Controlling Learner Navigation in Presenter '13? If you continue to experience difficulties, you might want to try the troubleshooting steps listed here as well.
And if issues remain persistent, I would recommend that you work with our Support Engineers for additional investigation of your file. You will need to use these steps to create an Articulate Package before uploading via this submission form.
