I am trying to build a course like looks like Prezi
(http://prezi.com/). It will look like a huge mind map but then I want
the learner to be able to click on any part of the map that is zoomable
and go in and focus on that one part. And then be able to click out to
the overall mind map.
How about using the Labeled Graphic interaction and inserting a zoomed-in image of the area where the labels are placed? You could add the zoomed-in image in the media section of each label marker. It would require having separate close up images of each section you want to zoom-in on and a little extra work, but do you think that would work for you?
