I want to insert a .flv video into a Media Tour interaction but seem to be having problems, The video is inserting OK but is appearing with a bright green strip across the top of the screen within the interaction (see attachment).
The second problem is occurring when I try and apply a layout to the slide once back in Powerpoint (we have a transparent colour theme set up in Articulate). The layout just refuses to appear.
