I am having issues with the accordion engage application when it is published and uploaded to our Moodle site.
I had a free upgrade to my Studio 13 software last month and since then the accordion engage application just hangs when it has been published and uploaded.
Does anyone have any suggestions or having similar issues. Prior to the free upgrade it was working well
Hi Julie - I am having the exact same problem since the last update except I thought it was video causing the issue. When I upload the file to Moodle it hangs and never finishes the upload.
Hi Leslie, I've just tried the file on this testing site and it is uploading. That doesn't fix my problem with Moodle however, Moodle is the platform I need it to work with. There were no issues prior to accepting the most recent update.
Thanks for the update Faye. I have not seen reports of this and we have many Moodle users. If you think it is something that you would need to check in with our support team on, you may do so here. They would be able to advise and assist you if you need to utilize a previous release.
Faye - if it hangs while trying to upload the file to Moodle as a new SCORM package it suggests a server configuration issue may be at fault. You should contact the people that host your Moodle site and ask them for help.
I am able to upload to moodle, but with the latest upgrade this year, the engage content (particularly the accordion) just hang instead of playing. I have found the issue is Firefox. If we open them in Google Chrome, there is no issue
Thanks Julie for sharing that here - have you tried it in SCORM Cloud to see if it's how Moodle communicates with Firefox and the Engage interaction or just an overall issue with Firefox, or with Engage, etc.?

Have you checked how your project behaves when you test in SCORM Cloud?
