I have hyperlinked pdf attachments to some text in engage. The way i did it was i added all my attachements into the attachments list as either files or links. I then published the course so that all the attachments were in a data download folder. I navigated back to engage, highlighted the word, clicked on hyperlink and inputted data/downloads/name of doc.pdf. Viewed the slide but none of my links work! It just says internet explorer can not display the page.
Please help as this is driving me insane!

are you testing it in the environment it was intended, because of security flash will not cross domains.
I would also check you have the names correct and ensure you are case sensitve

Hi Phil
I copy the name of the file from where the output is published. Could it be something to do with the fact that the publish content is seperated by \, yet when i try to preview the attachment the address it tries to open is /. Sorry i am not a very techie person.

Hi Becky
they should be forward slashes it you intend on putting them on the web. Try testing on the web I expect the links will work
