Im expiriencing a new problom - when I publish Process Engage to the web and adding it to the presentation as a swf file (which used to work great) it DOUBLES the amount of steps in the introduction (e.g insted of showing 4 steps, it shows: 12341234) and doesnt show movies as well.
Is your SWF looping before you insert into Presenter? If so, you'll have to create a SWF that doesn't loop before inserting it into Presenter. If you'd like additional help, please feel free to submit a case to our support engineers using the link below:
