Pssible to Use webobjects in the Glossary

Hi 

I would like to make a glossary with the terms list in the left colum and external websites opening in the right panel.

I thought this could be possible using webobjects the way they are used in presenter.

But afaik thers is no way to use webobjects in  the glossary

any solutions or suggestions for achieving the goal of one screen with the entry terms in the left colum and different site at the right (without the need of opening new links/browser windows)
