Published File Not Working

After publishing my file, I attempted to email the file (email option) to a co-worker to review. He is receiving the email when accessing the link, this message displays..."The file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it.". I also tried to load on our SharePoint site but the presentation is blank when opening.

Known:

  • The file is stored locally
  • I removed and reloaded all the interactions again
  • Also placed the Data files, Player File and Zip file with the player on SharePoint

Welcome to Heroes, Don!

You should be able to use Articulate published content with your Sharepoint server. You will need to switch to "Explorer View" in Sharepoint before uploading your published output as explained in this older forum post.
