I am trying to publish my Engage presentation, but the publishing screen tells me no Presenter files are open. I've never had this problem before when I tried to publish my Engage files. I opened up Quizmaker, and it's giving me the same error (no Presenter files open). Do I to remove the software and reinstall?

Sounds like you are trying to get that interaction added to a Presenter Project, so yes, it's going to look for an open Presenter file.
