Question: Unable to Publish Engage File

Hi,

Can you help? I have created an Engage file with the intent to use as a stand alone or insert into an Articulate 360 file.  When I go to publish the Engage file into an Articulate 360 file format, I receive the following error message:

We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Engage and it
might close. You can help us fix this bug by sending us information
on what went wrong. Be as detailed as possible - everything helps? 

Before the error occurred, I saved the file using the Save As link. I then went to the Publish link and clicked on the Articulate 360 link to publish the file. 

Any assistance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Vivian,

I'm so sorry that's happening! Let's get to the bottom of it together.

I have a couple questions to start:

  1. If you try opening a brand new file in Engage and publishing it to Articulate 360, does the same thing happen? Or is it only happening with this one file? 
  2. Are you saving your course on your C:Drive or to a network drive?
