There isn't a way within Engage to change the size of the video; it'll always display at either ts native size, or scaled to fit within the maximum of 688x468 pixels (or a little smaller, if you've also added a caption and a playbar). Feature requests are welcome, though, and this would be a useful one!

In the meantime, you might be able to increase the size of your video by using this unsupported workaround.
