How can I get crisp screen captures to upload in Engage without the image being fuzzy? I tried the lock the Presentation Size in Optimal Size in Presenter, but I need to be able to upload crisp images in Engage not Presenter. I used every image capture program possible and resized the images. Not sure what I can do to make my images look clean.
Did you edit the Interaction Properties of the Engage interaction and set the Quality? If not, I'd recommend changing the quality to Custom and increasing the JPEG factor to 100%.
Yes, I have changed the size according to the link, but it's still fuzzy and not clear. Do I need to do anything in photoshop or illustrator to get the resolution and size correct?

Thanks Brian! I actually did increase the JPEG factor to 100% but it's still fuzzy. Some of my square images are clear though. It is a longer image.

Are the images PNG files? Also, is the image set to 72 or 96 DPI?
