The quickest way to share your theme is to save your project (either with or without interaction content) and then share the .INTR file with your colleagues.
Once they open that file with the theme colors in place, they'll be able to open other interactions and apply that theme.
I'm attaching a very basic .INTR interaction file here, with a theme named "Christine". If you open the file, you should see the theme in the Colors drop-down menu. If you open another Engage interaction file, you should see that theme listed again.
You can delete these as well, from the drop-down menu.
