Is there a way to show a different frame of the video placeholder in a media interaction rather than the first frame of the video? Sometimes the first frame of our videos isn't a title frame, it might be a company logo, or even a slow fade where it looks blank, making all videos look the same at the bottom of the media engage interaction.
Within Engage there isn't the option to add a Poster frame to your videos, which would allow you the functionality you're describing. You could modify the videos outside of Engage using a tool such as Replay to add an initial image or title slide that would appear as the placeholder image. You are also welcome to submit a feature request about the poster frame functionality within Engage.
