I know this topic have been discussed a few times, but the last posts all seems to be around 3 years old.
So, I work with the '13 version. I put the audio to the max (for test) at 160 Kbps in my Engage and the sound is STILL different (really less good quality) than the rest of my Presenter. :(
I know that we have the following issue, but I'm not sure about varying quality:
You may find that audio for Articulate Engage interactions embedded in an Articulate Presenter course is a bit louder than the rest of the course. We're currently investigating this issue. We'll post additional information in this article as it becomes available.
