Storyline not recognizing Engage 09

Transferred Storyline and Engage 09 to a new computer with same Windows 7 operating system. Both products work separately. Attempting to bring an Engage interaction into Storyline I receive an error message that "Engage is not Installed. To import an Engage interaction you must have installed on this system." Articulate Support has been responsive but has not offered a solution of suggestion. Deadline on a 18 month product development is soon. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi there, Greg. You mentioned that Engage is installed, but is it also activated with a serial number?
In order to successfully import Articulate Engage interactions into Articulate Storyline, Engage must be installed and activated on your computer.
Thanks for the help. I spent a few hours
installing/uninstalling/installing/uninstalling etc. Why I do not know but
it finally recognized Engage.
