Hello, I am trying to package items in Studio 13 and then send them to a colleague at another entity. I am saving the packages to a SharePoint site. She is saving the file to her desktop in a new folder, and then extracting the packaged zip file. She is receiving an error message when trying to open either the engagement or quizmaker piece within PowerPoint. Does anyone know a fix for this? I have attached two error messages below. Even when my colleague clicks on making the filer writable, she received the second message.

Two questions:
Did you create this module in Studio '13 or Studio 360? I see that you have an active subscription, but the images indicate that your colleague is using Studio '13.
Studio 360 projects can't be opened or edited with previous versions.
If you are using Studio '13, are you creating an Articulate Package as the instructions indicate or are you manually creating a zip file?
