My computer seems to glitch everytime I update/edit an engagement or quiz on Articulate Studio 13. Once I have edited or created an engagement the slide where the engagement is greys out. It only shows me the title of the engagement, but none of the details or hyperlinks to edit the slide.
I have tried to change the file itself and then re-insert the new engagement into PowerPoint with no success. I have attached a screen shot of the issue. Notice it's all greyed out.
Hi Todd! Wow, sorry to hear you are having difficulty with this. The image you shared is certainly not the behavior I would expect to see when adding an interaction to your course.
Does the same issue occur in another Presenter course or is it limited to this project?
If it's happening across projects, I'd advise a repair of your software. Please be sure that you are working locally on your C: drive as well.
