Studio Video Engagement questions

I have recently upgraded from Articulate Studio 09 to Articulate 13. I am creating a course with 4 videos back to back. I want to ensure that the user views each video in its entirety so I have created four separate engagements each containing one video. The properties of the engagement is "allow user to leave interaction after viewing all the steps." I have set the slides to restricted navigation as well. (Maybe I did that wrong?)
My problem is that when I preview the course, I am able to press next and go from one video to the next without ever really viewing any content.
Is there a way I can force the user to stay in the engagement until the video is over?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Merlyn! You may want to try to publish this content to see if it's behaving the same way.
One note about viewing your published content: Since your files have been prepared for deployment over the web, in some situations you might encounter funny behavior, especially with hyperlinks, if you try to view the interaction from a local drive (such as your computer's hard drive). Be sure to upload your published output to its final destination and test it there.
