I am in Preview mode viewing all of my interactions. My Summary will not show each interaction. Sometimes, the presentation will jump to the next interaction. For each of my interactions, I checked off Introduction and Summary when creating. I have a total of 6 different interactions and when I preview, sometimes the Summary will display and sometimes not. When I preview each interaction separately, the Summary will always display. However, when I preview the entire presentation, I have this issue. Any suggestions?
Hi Beverly! Thanks for the details about what's happening. So when you're clicking through your PowerPoint presentation, and you get to an Engage interaction, it sounds like not all of the interaction is being played.
Are you using the Next button to go from step to step in the interaction?
What do the interaction properties look like in the presentation? Are they consistent from interaction to interaction?
