Hi. Has anyone encountered an issue where an file path error occurs when you try and lanch a video vile within a tab.? I have inserted a video (media =swf file) in one of my tabs and I keep getting the attached error. It works within the Engage preview, but not after it is published to my PPT. I can also confirm that the file made it into the published folder, it just can't find it. I already removed the interaction and re-inserted it and still doesn't work. See attatched.

Hi Luke!
First, can you ensure that you are following these three guidelines?:
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article:

And if you're still experiencing the issue, please review our Flash movie best practices article for more troubleshooting ideas:

Let us know if these suggestions don't do the trick. Thanks!
Also check you are not using any as3 code in your swf, and that you are not moving the swf before you close engage, but your filep[ath does look long
Thanks. What do you mean about "not moving the swf before closing engage"?
If you link to the swf and then move the swf (e.g. remove a usb drive the swf was on) before you save and return to presenter the swf will not get saved into engage and wont publish. The same thing happens with images
I see. thank you.
