Text in Engage doesn't scroll

I have created engage files within a presentation that are set to advance without user interaction. The presentation has an audio file that reads all of the text in the files.

There is lengthy text within some of the screens and a scroll bar appears. However in the published form, it is impossible to use the scrollbars to reveal the hidden text.

Is there a way to preserve the automatic advance in the presentation of the engage files while still allowing users to scroll the text?

Hi Betsy,

Thanks for confirming. Unfortunately, if you want your users to be able to use the scroll bars, you'll have to set your Playback Options to either Interactive or Linear:

I'd encourage you to submit a feature request to allow scrolling in Presentation mode:
