"The project file could not be saved. The method or operation is not implemented."

Hi Jason.  Is this happening on any file you attempt to save in Engage, or just one?

Also, have you previously saved this file successfully?  If so, I might try a slightly different file name to see if creating a "new version" has any effect.

Was this issue resolved? I'm having the same issue with an Engage interaction that was part of an Presenter file created with Presenter '13. The other two Engage interactions in the Presenter file work properly.

Saving with a different name does not resolve this issue.

Can you check that your files are also adhering to the guidelines here to help prevent odd behavior in your projects?

I had the same issue, the embedded video seemed to be the cause of the problem.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fix my issue. I created a new timeline with the same information in Storyline.

I just ran into a similar issue. I tried to embed a youtube video in an engage interaction and got the error message listed above. So I added the video file from my PC (in lieu of embedding) and presto I was able to save the engage .intr file.

Hi Andrew,

You may be running into a limitation from YouTube.

As you can see in this documentation, YouTube changed the way videos embed and we now recommend a direct import.

I had de same message  whe open an old Storyline (version 1) and I'm now in Storyline 3. Can you help me solve this problèm? (see picture 1).
