I'm new to my position and have inherited lots of course files. Articulate Studio '09 was the main authoring software used, until IT suddenly converted to Microsoft Office '13 without warning. Now that I've upgraded to Studio '13 I'm having to convert previously created courses when something comes up.
Usually it goes smoothly, until today I tried to upgrade twelve Engage Interactions for a course. Eleven went great, one came back with the attached error. Any hope?
Hi Jeremy! It seems my virtual machine that houses my Studio '09 has decided to not work after many updates that I thought would correct it. I apologize for the delay and I have opened a support case on your behalf and you should be hearing from someone shortly.

Would you be able to share the original .intr file so I can be sure it opens in Engage '09? Then I'll try to upgrade as well.
