What I want to do is have the same Engage interaction on two different slides in my presentation -- is this possible?
The Engage interaction already exists on slide 23 of my presentation. I want to add it to slide 28. When I click "Add Existing" to slide 28, I get a dialog box to "Update" (the interaction on slide 23) or "Cancel." Neither will let me add the same interaction to a different slide.
I'm curious, if the two options you suggest don't work -- are there any other alternatives? I'd rather not have to copy an Engage and rename it if I don't have to -- makes for maintenance headaches in the future.
Can you put your engage interaction up as a tab instead of putting it on two different slides and then on those slides just direct them to the interaction through the tab?

Hi Amy & welcome to Heroes,
To add an existing Engage interaction to your presentation, you can use the method below:
1. Scroll to the slide where you want to insert the interaction
2. Click on the Articulate menu
3. Click the Engage interactions button
4. Choose Add Existing
5. Follow the prompts and add the interaction
If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
Thanks for your quick response.

Hi Amy,
Can you open Engage separately from Presenter, open the interaction, and then publish it to your presentation? That should work for you.
Would it work if the interaction was saved under a different name and then put in place?
Brian, yep tried that too, no luck.
Hallie, what you suggested is ultimately what I did. Sure would be nice not to have to maintain two modules that do the same thing, though.
Thaks everyone for the help!
