I have realised that I need to use an XML file from a colleague's presentation to create the same background/colourway.
I thought I knew how to copy it over but I don't. Can you advise?
And the XML file is bigger than the others in the Articulate folder. How do I know it's right? I can't see another one but I'm not sure where I'm meant to be looking.

Are you referring to a template, by any chance?
If so, you might want to take a look at the following articles:

Also, if you want to ensure that all files are shared with your colleague, or vise versa, you may want to try using a Presenter Package:
