I am experiencing problems with imported Audio in Engage Interactions. I have read several forum posts and articles and none of them could help. I have an audio file of decent quality - it sounds just perfect in the Presenter. But as soon as I import the very same audio file (or a different one) in my labeled graphic the sound is tinny and blurred. I have set the quality to 160kbps in both presenter and engage and use an uncompressed wav-file.
Can someone help me? Is there anything I can do besides recreating the whole Interaction?

Nevermind, I found a workaround.
Needed to embed the audio in the Interaction. THEN change the quality to CD-Delivery. Preview once and change the quality back to custom 160kbps.
