I planned to create a Process Engage interaction showing a series of 4 videos ranging from 45 seconds to 2 minutes long. But when I import any of them, they are automatically clipped to 57 seconds long.
I originally thought I was running into a frame limit from Flash (8:53) that was mentioned in another post here in the forums, but even the first file gets truncated.
Thanks for the clarification. MP4's should actually not exhibit this type of issue. However, there might be a codec problem that Premiere Pro v5 is introducing into the mix that is the root cause.
I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Hi Jenny & welcome to Heroes,
Can you tell me what program you used to create the FLV files?
They're MP4 files, not FLVs. (Is that the problem?) They were exported from Adobe Premiere Pro v 5.
