I have added a video file with a .MOV extension to an accordian Engage interaction and published it to Presenter. When i view the interaction in Engage all works fine, but when it I publish the Presenter, the presentation does not show the video at all. the slide entually times out & goes to the next slide in the presentation - does anyone have any ideas?
Be sure that you are working locally when creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.
Also, be sure that you are viewing your published content in it's intended environment. How are you publishing your content?
I am using Studio '13 - sorry should have told you before - and am working on local hard drive.
I created the Engage interaction and publish it to Presenter where it is added as a slide. I then publish the presentation to WEB and it asks if I wish to view presentation and that is where the video does not play. It shows the time ticking over and the video bar (to stop the video), but no actual video is shown.
Hi Rob! Be sure to check out the link that I shared above about publishing and sharing your Studio '13 content. It sounds as if you are trying to view your published presentation locally and you should be viewing it in the intended environment as your learner would.

What version of Studio are you using, '09 or '13?
