I would like to know if there is a way to view the Introduction tab in an Engage interaction after I've already viewed the steps in the interaction. When I view the published interaction, then move to the next slide, then go back to the interaction, I'm not able to see the Introduction.
The only way to access the Introduction after skipping past it, would be to "Show previous/next buttons" in your Playback Mode. You can make these changes within Engage > Interaction Properties > Playback.
Once those changes have been made, the interaction in your course should allow users to advance back to the Introduction slide using the previous button in the top-right corner of your course:
